UPDATED: Guerrilla Filmmakers Tour

Filmmakers Michael Booth and Jonathan Williams will be answering audience questions and answers about their film Diary of a Bad Lad ~ along with other 'Guerrilla Filmmakers' including Chase Johnston Lynch (One Way Love), Bad Lad cohort Joe O'Byrne (Lookin' For Lucky) and Alex Ganley (Getting Off). Moderating is film director/critic Alex Cox. Preview footage from all of the films will be shown (15 mins per movie) The location is the AMC cinema in Manchester, 27th February 2005. Be there!

The Guerilla Festival Tour will be launching at Manchester's KinoFilm Festival on Sunday February 27th at 12.30pm at the AMC Cinema.

The Tour brings together an underground network of northwest filmmakers putting their films in the spotlight. Defined as“ Not just low budget but rather a more raw, edgy, organic approach to filmmaking,” the festival will showcase trailers, clips, and shorts made Guerilla style, including ACF's "One Way Love", Albino Injun's "Looking for Lucky", Pleased Sheep's "Diary of a Bad Lad", Tall Boy Films' "Addictions", and Skylandian's "Displaced". Plus the works of Illy, Dan Newton and Alex Ganley.

Experienced and talented ‘Guerilla’ Filmmakers, they will be explaining their techniques and answering your questions in a session introduced and moderated by renowned filmmaker Alex Cox, director of films such as ‘Repo Man’ and ‘Sid and Nancy‘,

If you’re a filmmaker or simply interested in finding out more about these filmmakers and their work, come down and see British Guerilla filmmaking at its best.

12pm-1.30pm - Q & A session - An opportunity to meet the filmmakers, pose questions and hear how they put their films together.

6pm-7.30pm - Screening - You’ve heard the filmmakers talk, now see their work.
