Don't really know how to explain it, but I do think that, say, for a short radio interview, a voice-over artist is more likely to be asked to give a snippet of one of their 'voices' than a singer would be asked to sing something. For a start, lyrics are all in context. Everything slots...

There's now a 21 minute podcast of today's Tony Livesey show on his podcast page. And this one is introed... Tony, the man of a million voices (all of them the same) was given a tip or two by a professional voice-over artist today. HERE is the direct mp3 download link for those who want it...
