When I was watching those shots, I wasn't thinking of when they were or weren't shot. For me, it basically came down to the show's editing. Obviously, I would of liked to have seen those cut scenes as part of the episode, but, since they were indeed cut, you consequently have to then make sure...

In THIS TVSA forum post, we have it premiering on Animal Planet on 29 October (presumably in South Africa, going by the forum)...even though the run that started on 1 October hadn't yet finished (World Society for the Protection of Animals site says HERE it's last programme aired on 4 November)...

Well, the Discovery/Animal Planet schedules currently go up to 18 January...and there's no mention of CSW at all. As you've probably seen, this particular series has actually already aired on Animal Planet. It was showing on Monday nights from 1 October, so can't have long finished its run...
